Here are some of the Antique Military Buttons I collect: Rev War Buttons or Revolutionary War Buttons, War of 1812 Buttons, Antebellum Buttons, Pre Civil War Buttons, Civil War Buttons, Indian War Buttons and any Uniform Buttons from the 1800's. I also like Military or Uniform Buttons worn by American Soldiers from the 1800's and earlier. These Buttons are sometimes made of Pewter or Lead, Brass, Copper and Hard Rubber materials. They often have Eagles, Numbers, Anchors, Canons, Flags, Swords and State Seals on the faces. These Buttons have been categorized as 1 or One Piece, 2 or Two Piece or 3 or Three Piece button construction with Eye Loops or Shanks on the reverse. I hope this helps in describing the types of buttons I collect. Thanks for reading!

I created this blog to give you some idea about the buttons I collect and buy. Do you have some buttons for sale? Have you inherited a collection that you would like to pass along so others might enjoy their historical impact, beauty or just functionality? I am always interested in purchasing buttons. If you see something similar to what you have then let me know and lets see if we can strike up a deal. Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog and buttons!
